The easiest way to get employees for the food truck is the guy is poor in cooking, it doesn’t mean that he should have finished master chef. There will be lots of person who is good at cooking but still he/she will be unemployed.
After your employee selection, give them a simple cooking test at your home so you can be confidence that they won’t ruin the business.
As they are unemployed, they will be ready for the any kind of salary so if your decided to give the salary of Rs 35,000 ( ~ 480 $), then offer them around Rs 25,000 - 28,000 ( 340 - 380 $) for a month. So that you can give a hike every month and you can see a minimal profit from it.
The uniform which you going to give to your employees should have the same contrast of van and it should be comfortable for both men and women.
For this question you should have a walk around the city and look for the most populated place on the specific time, such as outside big offices and complexes, near schools and colleges.
During the morning and lunch, you can drive to big offices and during evening you can drive to schools and colleges.
I think that you understood what I’m trying to convey.
